At HARBOUR ATS, we’re on the hunt for a Project Administrator to join our PMO team - we’re open to hearing from candidates of all experience levels.

HARBOUR is a small business of approximately 25 employees, that is passionate about building ‘Applicant Tracking Software’ (ATS systems) – we’re currently on a journey to building something bigger and better than ever before, so a brilliant time to be looking to join us!

As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in providing indispensable administrative support, crucial to the seamless and effective execution of projects within our organisation. Your responsibilities will span a spectrum of essential tasks, collectively contributing to the overall success of project initiatives. This dynamic role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring the accomplishment of project objectives.

Your role involves independently carrying out tasks, making decisions related to projects using good judgment and autonomy. However, you will also collaborate with stakeholders on important strategic decisions. You are accountable to the Operations Manager.

Your responsibility includes delivering results within the company's strategies. It's important to work closely with colleagues, especially those in the PMO and Client Teams, in a collaborative manner.

Key accountabilities:

  • Project Execution & Monitoring:
    • Oversee the seamless execution of project tasks, efficiently coordinating all necessary activities.
    • Monitor progress diligently and provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders, employing an inclusive and collaborative approach to ensure clarity and engagement for all parties involved.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement:
    • Proactively evolve and maintain up-to-date system knowledge, actively participating in various activities such as Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
    • Collaborate with the testing team, contributing to Business as Usual (BAU) testing and ensuring comprehensive coverage for ongoing system enhancements.
